Why We Built This Site
Tennessee generally permits public inspection of court records, yet access still depends on finding the right custodian. Sarah Bradberry's Circuit Court Clerk office keeps Carroll Circuit civil and criminal records. General Sessions has separate criminal and civil staff, Kenneth Todd serves as Clerk and Master for Chancery and probate-side records, and each town keeps its own municipal docket. The Carroll TnCIS system searches participating Circuit and General Sessions records, but it does not replace those official files or cover every local court. The site brings those distinctions, case-number tips, schedules, and request steps together.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Tennessee court, clerk of court, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Third-party providers operate the search boxes shown on some content pages. Their services, prices, and results are controlled by those companies. A completed paid signup may generate a referral fee that supports operation of this resource. Any partner result should be checked against the Carroll County clerk or court that maintains the original docket.
