This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
Route each Carroll County request according to the record needed:
- A docket sheet: use the Carroll-linked case lookup for Circuit or General Sessions matters, then request the official docket from its clerk
- A court date or setting: check the court calendar, or confirm the setting with the clerk of court
- Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
- A specific case: look it up with a case search by party name or case number
- Court records and case files: see court records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case
For Circuit Court civil and criminal records, contact Circuit Court Clerk Sarah Bradberry, 99 Court Square, Suite 103, Huntingdon, TN 38344, (731) 986-1932. Normal public-record access hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Chancery and probate records instead go to the Clerk and Master, while municipal and juvenile records remain with their separate custodians.
